Treatment Coordinator -Third Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

We are excited to offer an opportunity to work at a fast growing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, positive, self starter, to assist in serving the community with high quality patient interaction.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Verifying patient benefits and preparing patient estimates
• Reviewing the proposed treatment plan with patients
• Helping patients to understand what their benefits are and how best they can take advantage of them
• Discussing financing options
• Submitting claims/pre-authorizations to insurance companies
• Schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments
• As well as other administrative tasks

Personal Requirements:
Education/Experience

• High school diploma
• Interpersonal skills to effectively explain the patient's benefits to them
• Working knowledge of computers for Microsoft Office, and scheduling is preferred
• Experience at a dental or oral surgery office required

Full Time Hours:

• Monday – Thursday 8:00 am to 4:45pm.
• Fridays 7:30 - 12:30pm

Benefits and Salary:

• Compensation commensurate with experience.
